1. Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to the website vhirty.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

Vhirty is the independent software studio of Damjan Dulović. The legal entity is DAMJAN DULOVIĆ PR VHIRTY, PIB 115739720, Serbia. Contact: hello@vhirty.com.

3. The website

vhirty.com is an informational website. Its content is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Blog posts share personal experience and opinion. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice.

4. Apps

Finite, Pickly and QR & Barcode Scanner are distributed through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's terms.

In-app purchases, such as Finite+ and Pickly Pro, are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.

5. Lytmark

Lytmark is a SaaS product with its own terms, published at lytmark.com. Payments for Lytmark are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record.

6. Custom development projects

  • Scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing for each project separately.
  • Ownership of the code passes to the client once the full payment is made, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Vhirty keeps the right to use general tools, libraries and know-how in other work.
  • Vhirty may mention the project in its portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been agreed.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, the Vhirty name and the Vhirty logo belong to Vhirty. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Vhirty is not liable for any damage that results from using this website or relying on its content.

9. Third-party services

The site and the apps rely on third-party services, such as Google Play, Paddle and Cloudflare. Their own terms apply when you use them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Novi Sad.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
