The short version: vhirty.com has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
Who we are
Vhirty is an independent software studio in Serbia. The legal entity responsible for your personal data is DAMJAN DULOVIĆ PR VHIRTY, PIB 115739720, Serbia. Contact: hello@vhirty.com.
Scope
This policy covers:

- custom development work for clients
Each mobile app has its own privacy policy, which applies to that app:
Lytmark has its own privacy policy at lytmark.com.
Website
vhirty.com is a static website. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no forms.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The site does not set cookies, does not store anything in your browser and loads no third-party scripts or embeds. Fonts are served from vhirty.com itself.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical request logs. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy.
The site links to other websites, such as Google Play, X and Reddit. Their own privacy policies apply once you open them.
When you write to hello@vhirty.com or collab@vhirty.com, we process your name, your email address and what you wrote, only to reply to you and handle your request. We do not sell it and we do not share it.
Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. If you use the Gmail compose link on the site, it opens Google's own website, where Google's privacy policy applies.
Client projects
When we build software for a client, we process the client's data only as agreed for that project, and only for that project.
Data retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as it is needed to communicate with you, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti), you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected
- have it deleted
- object to how we use it
To use any of these rights, write to hello@vhirty.com. We reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti).
Children
The website and our apps are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
